rekordbox not reading itunes folders

Hi,

I recently purchased a new MAC pro and uploaded Rekordbox.

I have read through previous posts and followed the suggestions: checking xml directory, making sure sharing is on itunes xml end.

I have a message appear when I open RB with "RB can not create the analysis file in the folder your specified in the preferences".

The music is there but it will not analyse the tracks.

My tags are not coming up either.

Can you help?
