Pioneer XDJ RX2 issue: buttons on left deck not working (vinyl, sync, master, tempo, master tempo)

Hi guys.
The vinyl, sync, master, tempo and master tempo buttons on the left deck don't work! (nothing happens). These buttons on the right deck work.
The firmware version is 1.33.

Hola.
Los botones vinyl, sync, master, tempo and master tempo ubicados en el deck izquierdo no funcionan. Cuando los aprieto, nada sucede. En cambio, los botones del deck derecho sí funcionan.
La versión de mi firmware es 1.33.
