Necesito q me vuelvan a desisnstalar dos licencias, por favor inicien un tiket de solicitud, es odioso tener q contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente cada vez q hay un problema en un ordenador y se pierden los datos del disco duro, no deberia ser asi, el diseño del sistema de desinstalación de licencias no tiene en cuenta eso. y ademas intento iniciar un tiket directamente y el sistema me envia al foro para publicar, pues bien aqui estoy...
Sorry, but unfortunately we don't have a user-end interface for our licensing at this time - it is something we're working to change but unfortunately, until we do, the only way to have the license reset is to submit a support request ticket.
