Recording on XDJ RR system ?

Hi guys,

I recently purchased the XDJ RR Controller and it has a function that when you slot a USB stick into Port 2 for USB and press the big record button top right It records straight to it

Now I did this sunday and It never shows anything to say its recording. and when I open the folder that is created its empty?

Am I doing it wrong by just pressing the button once?
