DDJ 400 volume dop from headphones

My DDJ 400 randomly drops the volume to very low when using headphones

Resetting the controller and restarting RB fixes it but still annoying

Is this a faulty unit?

any advice please?

It's possible that the USB port you're connected to is not providing adequate power to the DDJ-400; please try...

- a different USB port

- a different USB cable

- a powered USB hub

- a different computer

...to see if any of those remedy the situation.
