Je viens d'acheter le RB-DMX1.
J'ai des problemes d'installations. Théoriquement c'est du plug and play.
Mais quand je connecte le boitier il reste en permanence en clignotement bleu ( avec Rekodbox démarré biensur). J'ai changé de câble usb, de slot usb, d'ordinateur... rien n'y fait.
Si vous avez une idée je suis preneur!

I just bought an RB-DMX1 interface.
I have some problems to install it. It's supposed to be Plug and Play.
When i connect the box to the computer, there is a flashing blue light on the box (with rekordbox started).
I have changed the USB cable, USB slot and even of computer.... no change.
Do you have any idea to help me?

Yes, and did you connect any lights, add them to the software, and test it?

I went back to the shop to test it.
And the box didn't connect...
So it seems that the box had a problem.
I will have a new one in few days.
