Picked up the DDJ 1000 on Tuesday and the first song I loaded up played fine for about 10 seconds then started to sound extremely distorted and ultimately lost all audio and does not come back until I restart Rekordbox. It’ll be fine for 30 seconds to 5 minutes but keeps happening no matter what combination of usb cables and slots I used. The audio continues to sound just fine on my laptop speakers when the sound cuts out on my controller which has the master routed to my headphones, and Rekordbox still registers everything I do on the controller i.e. fx, channel faders, and things like that, my 2015 MacBook Pro has plenty of CPU and RAM to run the program, it runs abelton like a charm so I don’t see it being a processor issue and I even went and traded out the first controller I got for a new one to no avail. I’m at a complete loss and am open to any solutions. I have some bookings coming up that I really don’t want to cancel so please help as quick as possible

On windows, Intel 8th generation cpus, i had to disable turbo boost for the ddj-1000 to work. It had similar symptoms as you, eventough i’m on PC.
