Hey Guys, I'm experiencing some slight occasional audio distortion when using my XDJ RX2 in midi mode (with Rekordbox in performance mode). I'd like to change the sample rate and buffer size to see if this will help however when I have the RX2 plugged in this is greyed out (and unable to be adjusted). Also, the the sample rate is set to 441000khz and there are no other options. Do you know how I can go about fiddling around with these options so I can avoid audio dropouts?
Its also worth mentioning that WIFI and anti virus is turned off.
Heres my spec - Dell Inspirion 15-7559, i7-6700HQ CPU 2.60GHz, 8GB RAM, 64 Bit, Win 10.

I just unboxed mine today and I'm having a similar issue. The output (CUE and Main) scratches like an old bad mixer fader. Settings just like above? I had a previous Traktor setup? Could this be driver related?
