XDJ RX2 Troubleshooting

Hi guys,

I'm a complete newbie, so I hope my questions are not too bad.

First off, whenever I press cue when the track is playing, it does not reset to the beginning point. From my understanding, when a cue is Pressed while it is paused, a new cue point is set and while it is pressed while playing it should go to the start.

Second off, I have noticed that My master level knob on my device does not have any control of the volume that is being heard. The only way when perceivable volume adjustments can be heard is when I adjust the 'trim' knobs. I am not sure if it is because it is a defective device or if I have some setting that is incorrect. I appreciate your time.

@Daniel > If you don't have AUTO-CUE enabled and you press the CUE button, there isn't a cue point for it to return to, so it won't respond. Ensure you have set a cue point first.

Your channel trim adjusts the inbound signal to the channel; set that so the channel meters peak around the first orange LED. Then, with the channel fader all the way at the top, and the crossfader disabled or fully to that channel's side, adjust the master volume knob until the master meter LEDs are at the same level as the channel peaks.
