XDJ-RX2 is multplying my song files when view them on my screen, PLEASE HELP!

Hey there im new to the pioneer fam with my xdj-rx2! ive been spending the past few days (and nights) getting my library analyzed through mixed in key and rekordbox and exported onto my USB. This is my first djing setup so there was a bit of a learning curve, but all and all its been successful, until i put my USB in and alot of my song tracks are multiplied. I have made sure to clear out all the exta source files of my computer, and the duplicates do not show up in either mixed in key, in rekordbox or when i look in the contents folder of the USB in my computer.

Heres what i notice about the multiples on the XDJ-RX2, If there is only 2 duplicates, both files will load and play properly the only difference is in the info description. The 1st file - the key and tempo display in the comments (as ive set it to do so, so this is the proper file), then the 2nd file- the key and energy display in the comments (This is NOT what ive set). If there is more then 2 duplicates then there will be 2 of the same as i just described for the first 2 files and any extras of the file beyond 2, dont play and bring up E-8306: NO FILE.

Lastly when i browse out to view the usb info on the xdj-rx2 It claims i have 5327 songs and 32.2GB used,even though it only displays 3536 songs and 30.4Gb used in rekordbox. My USB is formatted in mac OS extended (journaled) instead of exFAT. Please help ive literately been analyzing and exporting tracks over and over and over again for the past 3 days now because of various issues, ive sorted through them all myself but cant figure this one out. i just wantt to use my new controller properly :(
