Red light on DDJ-SB3

Having trouble with my DDJ-SB3 before I had no sound and then I got a red light.

I try 3 computers with 3 different cables did not work.

Have you tried a different USB port, a powered USB hub, or a different computer?

Yes I try al 3 of them did not work at all. Still showing the red light.
