XDJ-RX2 Rekordbox Export Mode via USB -- links but cannot load track

I've spent a couple hours trying to research past solutions.

Using mac Mojave (10.14.2).

Have gone ahead and tried these:

• turned off the mac firewall
• downloaded and installed latest software from here

1. upgrade to the latest firmware (1.34)
2. installed the audio driver
3. Installed the usb link export

• checked the "midi setup" program on my mac if there were any errors -- no errors e.g. didn't help
• looked into nfs daemon issue, i do not use vagrant, also could not find a /etc/export file.

Still blank when you hit the rekordbox button on the xdjrx2 and export mode on rekordbox.

Seems to be a common issue. Any new suggestions Pulse?
