DJM750 VS 2017 Mac Pro

Im having issues with connecting DJM-750k with USB to a Macbook 2017 what has only 2 USB C ports. One of them is usually used for charging. The other port i use for USB C to 3x USB hub. ITs a original product so shouldnt hold any issues. 
Problem is that the DJM 750 option is not showing up so the computer could use the mixer as a soundcard. 
I try'd connecting the mixer with my old mac 2012 and it works perfect. Right after plugged in to USB it shows DJM 750 in the system preferences-sound tab.*
So i cannot use the DVS funktion and HID mode with the new Mac pro 2017...
Computer reacts and the DJM 750 settings utility software pops up put its not show in the system preference menu.

Some USB-C converters / hubs are the problem; they don't allow proper communication with the hardware. In our testing we've found that typically the more expensive USB-C-to-USB-A hubs (or adapters) were the ones that worked properly, but the cheap Chinese ones did not.

You may also consider testing with a USB-C-to-USB-B cable to connect the mixer directly to the computer, thus narrowing down the hub as the problem.
