Absolutely - as long as those apps support Audiobus, you can connect the iPad via the USB AUX loop.

DJM iPad Apps
Hi,
Recently bought a DJM 450 and bought the RMX1000 app and love it.
It lead me to think about whether some of the other branded drum machine iPad apps and work the DJM. It would be good to be able to use some drum machines and pad style apps on the iPad while mixing.
Just wondering if this is possible?
