CDJ 2000NX2 E-7023: Gui Cpu Error

Today I turned on the CDJ 2000 NX2 and the following message appeared "E-7023: Gui Cpu Error ". Despite all my efforts to fix this problem I couldn't do it. 

I realized this problem have happened before to others costumers but I didn't find any clue how to fix it. Is there anyone who knows that in this community?.
