how do i get rekordbox license key

I lost the Key for my DDJ 1000. Somehow the rekordbox software did not retain it when I first put it in after I purchased the unit and used it for the first time. Please help. I have been paying for a key from rekordbox.com but I have already purchased a pro unit to avoid incurring such costs. Any help would be much appreciated. I can provide a serial number if needed. Can't afford to keep paying like this. Thanks.

If you want to cancel your subscription, follow the instructions here. If you have lost your license key, please file an inquiry ticket here, providing your hardware serial number and a copy of your proof of purchase -  our rekordbox support team can then provide a replacement key.
