So here's what likely happened...
A track was loaded on deck 2 at 69.38BPM, then you loaded another track on deck 1 - it doesn't matter what the original BPM was, but you had SYNC enabled, and the BPM was then pitched down to match at 69.38. You then disabled SYNC, but because the deck doesn't simply "snap back" to zero % pitch when you disable sync, the virtual pitch location could be anywhere -- and won't change until you "pick up" the position of that pitch with the hardware fader. A quick and easy way to do that is to simply run the pitch fader all the way to the bottom and top of the slide, then return it to the middle (zero) position.
This won't happen if you don't have SYNC enabled when loading tracks in future.
