Memory Cue playback not syncing during autoloop on Master deck (w/ video)

Hey pioneer dj's,

First post here on the forums, I've been diving into rekordbox for the past few weeks and am loving the software as I'm figuring out its nuances. My first major issue I'm having is getting Memory cue playback to sync with certain tracks that have a Memory Auto Loop set. This is what I experience:

• When a Memory Auto Loop is playing on the Master Deck, if the play button is pressed after a Memory Cue has been called on the Beat Sync'd deck, the Memory cue playback will not sync on the Beat Sync'd deck.
• However, if I quickly press play then immediately pause on the Beat Sync'd deck, the beat will be sync'd when I press play again.

The situation described above does not happen on all tracks, but enough of them where it worries me and I want to understand how to set it right. I always set auto-loops at the end of my tracks for mixing/endless audio, so I want to make sure they can properly sync with the next track.

Any idea what may be causing this? Apologies if it's obvious, still new to the software!
