Any need to de-activate Rekordbox in this scenario?

Hey Pioneer,
This week I'm going from an XDJ-RX2 to more of a club-style setup with a DJM 750 Mk2 mixer at the centre of it. 

I have a buyer for my RX2 already, and I just want to know if there's any reason at all I need to deactivate my current Rekordbox license and pass it on, or can I just give her the license key that comes with the DJM 750 Mk2?

I can't imagine there would be, but I figured I'd check in case there's any sort of association with the license to the hardware I can't recall.
