Hi dear all, i have a problem, i connect the mixer to the pc but mixer not comunicate with pc, did all the test and also with a new mixer ....other work good if i connect my and oper the driver app the connection is not working.
is any other had this problem?
can be the usb port or the sound card?

I'm sorry to hear that - if you've verified that it's not the USB cable, your DJM-450 may have a hardware fault; please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced.

Could be any number of things... can you start by telling me what type of computer / operating system you are using?
Hi, unfortunatly is not the pc, i did already the process with last version of firmware 1'4 and Mojave...
I went to another friend and his mixer connect to my mac is working.
I connect again.my and the driver pioneer show triangle yellow, mixxer not connected.
With ohter 450 of my friend is immidiatly blu and appear connected.
I dont know if normally usb port or thr Switcher pc line aux can get also brocken...or how is possible.that the audiointerface can get broken.
Mixer is 2 yeara hold.
Could you please help me.to find website where i can find the part original from pioneer?
