Single Partitioned External HDD FAT32 Formatting STILL not loading on CDJ/XDJs

Hello,

I have followed the instructions of various threads and google searches, and still cannot get my LaCia 1TB 3.0 external HDD to load on CDJs/XDJs. It is audibly spinning up when plugged in to the players. 

The CDJ/XDJ display reads "format USB" before going back to saying "not loaded". 

I am using Windows 10. I have exported via Rekordbox as I usually do with my USB sticks and they work fine. When looking at the drive on explorer, you can see the tracks have exported properly as they are filed in the "contents" then artist folders way 

I have tried using MiniAide and GuiFormat, and neither have worked. I have attached a screenshot of the drive's partitioning to help troubleshoot. I can either have the 129mb of unallocated space at the front or the back - I can't seem to delete it.
