Desperate need of some help.
The connection on my 1/4 inch headphone Jack has been getting worse and worse. It keeps cutting out to the point where I have to duct tape my headphones downwards to get 1 ear connection. This also cuts out when I change the tempo??
My 3.5mm input has never worked from day 1 (Unless I'm missing something?)
I only bought the controller last September... Don't get me wrong I'm very impressed with the unit having converted from Traktor but I have gigs every weekend booked in through to August. If I send off to get fixed I will be without for 3 weeks minimum.
Desperate for answers. Was wondering if I can connect another mixer via Aux and still use the Cue features as a temporary solution?
p.s Just bought a PX1000 turntable and love it!
They certainly should work, but unfortunately you'll have to contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre to have the unit inspected and repaired, and we can't guarantee how long that will take depending on their backlog and if parts are required. Please inquire with the one nearest you and they can provide information on shipping and repairs.
