Toraiz SQUID: More modulation destinations

I'd love to see PITCH, GATE, VELOCITY and CC1-5 be able to be modulated by the SPEED MODULATION controls.

For example, hold the GATE button and increase the SPEED MODULATION DEPTH knob and now the gate length is being modulated by that LFO.

Loving the SQUID so far BTW. It's meshing beautifully with the Novation Nova II right now.
