DJM-REC Is the tracklist supposed to be automatic?

It seems like the DJM-REC app should be able to gather the artist and track information from a DJM-900NXS2 mixer and CDJ-2000NXS2.  All I get is Track1 Artist Unknown, Track2 Artist Unknown, etc.  The CDJ's show the information properly.  Am I doing something wrong or is this normal to have no track information showing without manually typing it?
