Xdj-rr

Just got the xdj-rr and am getting nothing out of my masters . Either of them .have even bought new cables and nothing . Can hear fine on the headphones and even when I turn the cue mix to master can hear ? Very strange . Do I need to update the machine somehow ? Thought it was plug and play . Bit disappointed considering t was 1100 pounds
