Rekordbox Analysis fault? - No Waveforms CDJ 2000 NXS2

Hi all,

I've recently purchased the CDJ2000 NXS2 to replace my ageing CDJ850s. I've downloaded Rekordbox on my HP laptop to analyse my music before importing onto USB.

I'm getting on ok but I think I cant seem to get the analysis right as I cant get waveform or track info to show on the CDJ after importing / Analyse / Playlist / Sync Manager. 

When USB is loaded on the CDJ, the waveform and colour options are 'grayed' out, i.e. not selectable. All I see is the small 'waveform' at the bottom of the screen.

I have v 5.6.0 and Firmware v 1.83.

what am I doing wrong?....its driving me mad!
