xdj rx2 URGENT * showing E-8305 unsupported on files that meet the playable file formats

i purchased some songs from bandcamp - did my usual prep

and once loaded in my xdjrx2 E-8305 unsupported shows up

Now i checked all the file formats of the songs purchased and they all meet the

sample rate  and bit depth, i am seeing that the songs that wont play have a higher bit rate that the norm, kind of random like 2116kbps or 2304kbps but on the manual xdjrx2 has " - " marked under bit rate which i am guessing means they support any?

any advice or suggestions? need to sort it out as i have a show this weekend.
