XDJ 700 Can”t set cue point and song is always jumping

Hello,

My setup is a pair of of XDJ 700s and DJM 800 mixer. I’ve had this Set up for little while now and I’ve just come along this problem few days ago that when I play a track of Player 2 it will just start jumping in big beats to the end with no sound, it doesn’t let me set a cue point but will play the actual song after I hit play button twice. If I go to scratch the song will go back into doing the jumping in big bits to the end of the track like it did before.

I’ve run out of ideas how to fix this and really don’t wanna spend the money in buying a replacement unless if it’s the only solution.
It’s hard to explain what I’m tryna say without actually seeing the problem but I hope someone can help me with this problem.
