ho comprato una DDJ400 ed utilizzato il sw REKORDBOX gratis per 30 gg con la versione TRIAL. Ora sto provando ad attivare il sw con la LICENSE KEY fornita insieme all'hardware ma non ci riesco, mi da sempre errore CODICE 21

Salve, ho appena acquistato un MacBook Pro e vorrei e dopo avere installato rekordbox ho cercato di attivare la licenza attraverso l'apposito tasto nelle impostazioni del programma, ma appena premo sul tasto "ATTIVA" mi compare questo messaggio
@Ribo > Error 21 states that activation or deactivation was performed without logging in to KUVO. Within rekordbox, please select KUVO (top bar menu) -> Privacy Settings, then click the "Change" button to enter a correct e-mail address and a password.
@Nicolo > That error 4 is when your computer can't connect to the server; please check your firewall is not blocking the connection to the server and that your internet is functioning properly when trying to activate.
