Sound comes out of headphones but not speaker

So this is my first time using a speaker im usually just using my headphones but Im using One PA speaker for my XDJ RX2 doing a MONO signal threw the master output now when I use the usb Port on the XDJ sound come out fine as it should and I will only hear sound come out of my headphones if i press cue as it should. However when i switch over to midi mode and try to play a flash drive off my computer sound comes out of my headphones without me pressing cue and if i press cue nothing happens which it shouldn't but there is no sound coming out of my speakers at all at that point once im in midi mode. now just to trouble shoot my own problems I deleted all firmware and applications re downloaded rekordbox and re updated all the firm an drive ware and usb driver updates it required re tried it and still the same problem. Any Ideas of what the problem might be and how to fix it.
