XDJ RX no sound in speakers or headphones / tempo speeds unresponsive

Hi Pioneer,

I have an XDJ-RX. I recently powered on my XDJ-RX and there is no sound in the headphones or coming through the speakers. It has never had this issue before. Also the tempo of the songs for both deck 1 and deck 2 are playing at very slow speeds. Adjusting the tempo does not work. It is unresponsive. If I attempt to fast forward a track it also will not fast forward and unresponsive.

All volume levels are up from the master, trim, channel 1, channel 2, and headphone volume. 

In attempt to trouble shoot the issue I updated the firmware to version 2.21. This did not solve the problem. I definitely need some help to solve these issues. Thanks!
