Takes several attempts for my CDJ 2000 nexus 2 to recognize my Thumb Drive

Almost every time it takes like three try's before my cdj 2000 nexus 2 recognizes my thumb drive.  What I mean by that is.  I insert the thumb drive, it does it think, but no playlsites or anything.  I have to eject it, and reinsert it a couple of times before it displays all my playlists and stuff.  

I'm using a supersonic rage 2 256gb thumb drive.  It even happens when I DJ around on cdj 2000's and cdj 2000 nexus.
