i cant seem to update firmware, with my macbook air. ive tried everything and nothing works this is very frustrating, how can i use the xdj rx2 professionally if i cant even update it!!!!! when i download the zip file and unzip it with safari and google chrome both dont work, the upd file is just a blank piece of paper and when i transfer it to usb to put on xdj rx2, nothin happens, the controller is in update mode but it doesnt seem to find the file. all it says is insert the usb drive into slot 1, inserted it into slot 1 and still nothing......it should be mac and windows friendly, im not impressed at all......help would be fantastic

I have found that when i am updating, some of my flash drives are not recognized by my RX2. I put the upd of them all and start plugging in x : ) All my drives are put to fat 32 as well....Weird x
When you say "upd file is just a blank piece of paper", does it show the size of the file or is it zero bytes ????
