Pioneer CDJ900 Question

Hello friends,

I have a pair of CDJ 900s: both are connected to my mixer, but one of my players won't produce sound: I tried swapping jacks, and channels on my mixer to no avail. Any thoughts on what the problem may be? Thanks in advance.
