I’m having a usb problem

Hello, I’m having an issue I have an XDJ RX2 and it has 2 usb slots. When I put my usb stick in slot 1 I notice I have certain folders missing. They don’t pop up. When I switch it to slot 2 everything is normal. Does anyone else have this issue or can help me figure this out. Thanks!
