CDJ 400 - Various buttons not working

Hi, I hope someone can help. One of my cdj400's has developed a fault and some buttons don't work any more - nothing happens when I press them. They are reloop/exit, jog mode, tempo change and the master tempo button. Everything else seems fine - the loop in out buttons work as do the beat loop size buttons.

Any suggestions gratefully appreciated. Lee
