Are you using the newest version of Serato and what IOS are you using? Also a broken cable can mimic some of these issues, have you tried changing out the USB cable?

DDJ-SB3 Serato Mapping/Signal Broken
Mapping/Signal seems to be broken. Buttons turning on and off. Most buttons don't work. Crossfader starting tracks, track not pausing and starting, etc. The controller is completely unusable. Any answer is useful at this point.

All those things were checked. None of it was the problem. After speaking with someone on the forum with exact issue it was pinned down to an issue with the logic board. In my case it was an improperly seated ribbon cable that had come loose. SB-3 back in working order. Thank you.
