XDJ-XZ - Rekordbox video problems

I would like to use rekordbox video with my MacBook Pro. The problem : when I moving the faders on the XZ that affect the the sound of the video, but the video brightness still the same.  I I use the crossfader on the XZ the virtual crossfader on the software don nothing. If I use the virtual crossfader in the software it works, but I would like link it to the physical crossfader.
