Hooking up XDJ-RX2 to my Scarlett 18i20 setup

Hey guys! So I am trying to hook my XDJ-RX2 up to run through my Scarlett 18i20 interface out of my studio setup's monitors.

Currently, I have the outputs of the decks running into inputs 7/8 on my Scarlett 18i20, and the 18i20's outputs are hooked up to play out of 2 pairs of monitors on my desk, which always works fine. I made sure everything was turned up enough to where I would hear the presence of sound when I hit play on the decks (master volume on the decks, input volume(s) on my interface, and with my speakers turned up) but when I do, nothing happens.

I did install the drivers so that I could use it with my laptop via MIDI as a controller for the Rekordbox computer software for now, and it said they installed and after I restarted my computer, I did not see the XDJ's listed in my MIDI/Audio setup application for my Mac, which according to your guys' video, should have been listed after the driver install/restart.

One thing I feel is worth mentioning is that when I was setting up Rekordbox and putting my songs into it (BEFORE the XDJ's were ever plugged into my computer), if I played a song through the software, it would properly come through my speakers, meaning that the speakers are setup fine and audio from my computer/to the speakers is working how it should. But once I had the RX2 plugged into my computer, nothing in Rekordbox is coming through the speakers and I do not hear anything that the controller and software claims is being played.

I would love to get this figured out asap so I can start actually learning how to use these bad boys, but need audio for that to happen! :x

thanks in advanced, talk to you guys soon.
