Reassigning AUX input on XDJ-RR to be used with one of the channels in VirtualDJ/Traktor 3

I have a Pioneer turntable that I’d like to use with my XDJ-RR although the controller only has an AUX input which supports a line input. If I get a phono to line converter/preamp for the turntable, is there a way I can reassign the AUX input to one of the two channels (to use EQ’s/Fader/FX) on the XDJ-RR mixer using Traktor 3 or VirtualDJ?
