Hello, I am not sure who to contact because I have already reached out to the inquiries page on rekordbox.com, however, I have been waiting 3 business days for support on this issue and I am just trying to find some support with an issue that's causing rekordbox to lock me out of performance mode.
Is there any way to get a hold of somebody that can help me with this issue? There doesn't seem to be anywhere else I can reach out for support on rekordbox.com and I have a gig I need to access my software for TONIGHT. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
To be clear, I have already submitted an inquiry, or three. I apologize for putting in extra tickets for you guys to service but I just feel completely left in the dark here as I have submitted my first inquiry 3 days ago and still received no contact of any kind.
