Rekordbox licence transfer

Hi everyone I’ve recently sold a spare rekordbox licence card on eBay and the person who purchased has been having difficulty registering it as it’s still linked to my account, I’ve sent a support ticket but haven’t heard anything back.

The reason there hasn't been a response to your tickets is you created them yesterday (Sunday), while the European office was closed, and they're likely dealing with backlog from last week.

All you needed to do was deactivate it from any installations you had activated, the new user would be able to then register it to their account.

Hi there thanks for the reply really appreciate, I’ve deactivated it on my iMac which is the only computer I can think of that has that licence on it could you look into it for me just in case it was installed on an older computer that broke down as had an iMac back in 2017 that died on me.
