XDJ-RX2 File Not Found Error Press Menu Botton to load

Hi There,

I had a error  for so many times  with my XDJ-RX2 & XDJ- RR . While i'm playing like after 40 - 60 Min in between there will pop up file not found press Menu to Load it .And the track will automatic 4 beat loop and it's hang i cannot do anything then last options i have to turn off and turn on the device. then again same problem within an hour. i have format my external Hard disk into (MS-DOS FAT-32). couple of  times Re-analyze all the  tracks. But again and again same problem.  Could you guy's help me out.
