failed to connect audio

using djm s3 on high sierra. mixer won't connect, interface shows up for one second and then disappears. shows failed to connect audio error.

When you installed the drivers, did you follow the directions on the download page?

Yes, just deleted everything and started all over but no luck. I'm not getting a notice to allow the software.

Try downloading the drivers, use the uninstaller application from within that package, reboot, then run the installation, and THEN open the security window to allow the drivers through.
