Please better headphone output components for DJM-S9 successor

I've switched to IEM's for better comfort and less heat and have noticed the S9 has a loud noise floor. It isn't there if I use can's or the kind of IEM's that come with phones. When I use something like a Shure SE-series IEM the noise floor is excesively loud even with the mixer connected to a line conditioned outlet.

On 900 series mixer's the noise is only slight but with the S9 it sounds like a waterfall is near.
