how to record mixes on DJM-700

I have tried using RCA cables from the record out however I am not getting any sound come through on Audacity. I am currently using a mac and have tried the rca to headphone jack and also rca to usb however neither have worked!

@Harry > If you're on any macOS since High Sierra, you need to allow the app permission to use the microphone (which also handles audio input from line sources) through the System Preferences > Privacy & Security > Privacy > Microphone > check the box beside the app you want to allow access.

Do you have the 700 selected in Audacity for the recording device in preferences?
