CDJ-2000NXS to Serato DJ PRO

Hi, Im using CDJ-2000NXS then SL box, the issue was my other CDJ is not working on the jog mode the play button not works, but it works in the CDJ mode, then I decided to use HID mode in serato dj pro and now i cannot use both mode "jog and cdj mode" when Im pressing the play button it shows to the screen that its been press from the cdj but its not running, Ive update the firmware of the cdj already and i change cables but still not playing. but if i connect only my DJM-900NXS i can able to play both decks on the screen... hope you can help me :(
