On a Mac? Running an OS newer than Sierra? Did you allow the drivers through the OS security block? If you answered yes to the first two but no to the third, that's likely the problem.
When im on performance mode I cant get the audio from my speaker it plays from my Mac. The computer show the connection on the controller and I can see the music but it want play from the speakers.
Ive spent $2500 and for 2 weeks I still cant figure it out. Also went back the store and even they couldn't figure it.
I would like to get someone on the phone to help me if possible if not ill just return it.

Im not sure about the drivers ill check but why it works on export mode and not on performance mode?
That's EXACTLY why.
Can you tell me where I can find the drivers? also do you recommend to uninstall the software and reinstalled it again?
Follow these steps:
- disconnect the USB from the XZ
- open the driver package and run the uninstaller within
- once complete, reboot your computer
- open the driver package and use the installer this time
- as the installation finishes, you should be able to open System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General, there you will see the prompt to allow the Pioneer DJ driver installation (as per these instructions)
- after you've allowed the installation to complete, test it out
Ok thanks audio works now but I cant understand how I control deck 3 and 4 from the controller. I can upload music only from the computer and I cant sync them from the controllers. Also when i use the the roller to upload tracks now it don't let me upload only if I push the load 1 or 2 buttons.
