XDJ-XZ Serato DJ compatibility, when? It is too late Pioneer, we need an explanation.

When the XDJ-XZ was released and marketed, it was said that "From early 2020, you’ll be able to unlock Serato DJ Pro by plugging the XDJ-XZ into a PC/Mac running the software and, from then, the unit will support Serato DVS". The XZ has a beatiful Serato logo on it, also in the box of the product, and I was one of the first customers to buy a unit when it was released (the same day it was released, on November 12 I got one of the few available units on Spain) because I wanted to be one of the first customers to enjoy the Serato compatibility.

Well, in a few hours it will be March 1st, and Serato has not offered any update to Serato DJ that makes the XZ compatible, also no news from Pioneer, there is no new firmware available that makes the unit compatible with Serato.

I paid more than 2.000€ for this thing, and I think that as a customer Pioneer should give some kind of explanation about what is happening with the promised Serato compatibility. I own a Serato DJ license and DVS license, I want to use this hardware with Serato because I sold my other DJ hardware from another brand to buy this thing. And I can't use it with my favorite software. 

And please, don't say that "it is a Serato fault, ask them..." because I did not pay more than 2.000€ to Serato, I paid that to Pioneer DJ. So please, when is it going to happen? Why it is not ready?
