Likely the OS version as the T1 is not supported under Mojave.
Hi there
I am aware that there are already posts in this regard - nevertheless, I just bought m y DJM T1 and am not able to make my timecode work. The connection actually worksm my Traktor Pro 3 just not allows me to use my scratch control. I highly assume it's due to the wrong driver (as I have taken the one for MacOS Sierra).. In order to make it work, shall I just downgrade my Mac from Mojave to Sierra? Is this the only obstacle? As mentioned I am using Traktor Pro 3, which should be compatible with the DJM T1 according to the homepage of Native Instruments.
Thank you!
Regards
Tamara

But it would supported under macOS High Sierra?
thank you!
It is supported on High Sierra and Mojave
see in the utility settings of the DJM-T1 if CH1 and CH2 are set on PHONO timecode in the
Mixer Outputs tab.
If the application on Mojave does not start, set it with windows 10
Once set, it remains in memory in the mixer
